Our Pastor is Bro. Steve Davis.  He and his wife Vicki, have four children:  Jesse Ryan, Felicia Danielle, Kristina Grace & Jonathan Noah. 

Bro. Steve and his family were members of Immanuel Baptist Church in Florence, Ky when he received the call to preach.  The Lord began to use him in many ways:  Ministering in the Nursing Home Ministry, teaching a doctrinal class, filling in for his pastor and others in need and allowing him to work in a ministry to unwed mothers at the Madonna House in Fort Mitchell.  Bro. Steve was also fortunate enough to work with Bro. Vince Powell in the Good News Prison Ministry at the Boone County Jails.  In March of 05, Tabernacle Baptist Church then without a Pastor, asked Bro. Steve to fill in for 1 month and pray if the Lord would allow him to Pastor the Church.  After much prayer and consideration and a great month together, Bro. Steve left Tabernacle not having peace from God to do anything else.  The following Saturday at a Young Preachers Fellowship, Bro. Steve found peace and received the call from God to Pastor Tabernacle Baptist Church.  The next day was Sunday and Bro. Steve was back behind the pulpit, he was ordained by Immanuel Baptist Church and Bro. Doug Foster on May 21st, 2005,  and has been our Pastor every since.
